L-Theanine Helps with Anxiety

New research out of Japan confirms that a supplement called L-theanine helps people who are prone to anxiety. A recent study found that daily supplementation with L-theanine decreased elevated heart rates, improved attention span and reaction times in people with  high anxiet.  The study used 200mg of L-theanine per day. L-theanine is naturally found in black and green teas.
